Develop your self-assessment by reevaluating your skill in The 7 Competencies of Effective Communication by Engleberg and Wynn (2015) by circling or highlighting your current level. For each narrative section in Part 1, simply state your growth, such as “I moved from average to good”; you do not need to fully reflect on each category again.
