and failures. In Unit 6, we examined how to build growth systems and how highperformance companies achieve results. For your assignment this week, you will
research your course of a company that highlights these concepts well.
Instructions:
Research any company, large or small. As you research your chosen business, focus
on what key strategies have led to their growth. Then, answer the following two
questions.
1. What are the top two or three keys to your researched business’ ability to grow?
How does their focus on high-performance teams lead to their business results?
Provide cited research to reinforce your findings.
2. Consider the business that was the basis of your Unit 1 Assignment. Based on
our text, resources, and the business you researched for this paper, what growth
strategies would you leverage to grow your business? Explain.
Requirements:
• Your paper should take the form of a structured essay. It should have a clear
introduction, thesis, body, and conclusion.
• Your paper should be in proper APA form.
• There must be a minimum of two APA references (in addition to the course
textbook.)
• The anticipated length of the paper should be a minimum of two pages, with
more thorough and thoughtful work extending beyond that guideline. It is not
expected that the paper would exceed four pages in length.
