The batch of new articles is good. Seems that some work has been done on personality in virtual teams, but so far not as much as for other teams. Are you sure that you will be able to add something new and original to that stream of literature?
A third bucket
In addition to buckets on personality and teams, and personality and virtual teams, a third bucket would be on MBTI itself. Showing expertise on the tool and all its uses, strengths and limits, and controversies will be essential. This may be briefer than the others, but is very important.
Next steps
First thing, complete your scan and compilation of potentially helpful articles on the first two buckets, then do the same for the MBTI itself and send it to me. We will then have a meeting and check-in. After that, actually reading the articles and identifying useful content will be the next step. Developing an outline of chapter 2 would follow. Before writing ch. 2, of course, there’s chapter 1.
