Make a “Top 10 List of Important Location Topics for Entreprenuers” using the items in the lists from the various Entreprenuer.com articles referenced in the video lecture presentation. Choose the ten that are most interesting or seemingly important to you and give a brief explanation as to why you chose each topic.
3. Choose a bricks-and-mortar organization in Texas that you know very well–it could be one in which you work or have worked or one that you belong to in a non-work relationship. Analyze and describe the physical facility of that particular organization from the perspective of “location.” Is it good or could some things be improved? Use the concepts from the video lecture presentation to identify topics for analysis.
4. Compared to the age of mankind and human business and trade, the world of “online business” is still in its infancy. E-commerce has come with many benefits and created many new jobs and industries. For this question, spend some time pondering and reflecting on what “online business” has done to the economy and where YOU see it going. As graduate business students who will guide, direct, and create all types of business ventures for many decades into the future, what do you need to understand and remember as you move forward into an evolving and dynamic online business world?
