Introduce a leader that has motivated or influenced you. Include a picture of your selected leader along with a brief bio. Your selected leader could be someone that you follow in the media, someone that you resonate with, or maybe someone you are connected to on LinkedIn. Focus on a leader that models the behavior that you want to cultivate in yourself.
Explain the characteristics your selected leader embodies that are ethical or principled.
Discuss what ethical principles guide the way you behave at work? Have your principles ever been tested? How did you react?
