This is the final aspect of your course assignment. In this assignment, you will assemble all the parts of the project completed in prior units.
At the beginning of this paper, please introduce your clinical event/topic identified in falls and injuries
The body of the paper will include the parts of the project from swot analysis, quality improvement plan, root cause analysis, ASQ service excellence
In this final section of the paper, you will also address the following (approximately 2 additional pages):
Provide a projection of the planned outcomes related to the proposed quality improvement plan.
How will you measure those outcomes?
How will you disseminate the results of the outcomes to the stakeholders?
Provide a full APA formatted reference list at the end of the paper which includes all citations used for all parts of the paper.
The estimated total number of pages for the final project is between 7 and 10 pages and does not include the title page or the reference pages.
