Please submit a paper proposal and an annotated bibliography for your research topic including at least five sources (2 scholarly sources):
Your paper proposal must be between 200-400 words. It should:
1. clearly state your subject of study : ‘ The influence of makeup industry on men in different cultures and ancient times.’
2. outline how you will approach the subject
3. propose some anticipated outcomes of your research (what do you think your research will tell you about your topic? what is your “gut feeling” about what your research will reveal? It’s ok if what you learn when you dig into the research is different than you expected!)
Your annotated bibliography will list 5 (or more) sources. At least 2 of these must be “scholarly” resources (peer-reviewed books or articles or those written by respected scholarly sources). The others may include popular magazines, bloggers, or social media content creators.
Below is a good resource for how to write annotations for your bibliographic references. The annotations for each source should be at least 2-3 sentences long and must be 100-150 words.
