Maybe “depiction” is more appropriate here than “management.” Also, your proposal doesn’t seem to feature much about community policing although you mention it in your title. You should clarify this.
2. You should explain what “police legitimacy “ is specifically, as opposed to a general perception that police are behaving well.
3.What is “police brigades’ legal predicate” in your first sentence? What are “police brigades”?
4. As presented, it seems that your hypothesis is that the more negative material people are exposed to about the police, the more positive they will be about police performance. Of course this isn’t right. You should reword your hypothesis for clarity.
5. How would you be able to draw a random sample of people for your study?
6. What questions about perceived police legitimacy developed in prior studies would you include in your questionnaire?
7.In your fourth paragraph you say your data analysis would consider other influences than media exposure to explain attitudes about the police. You don’t say what these other influences are, but it sounds as if they might be additional independent variables. If that is the case, it might be possible to draw your sample in such a way that some of them would be held constant. This would streamline your research and your discussion.
If you could informally answer any of these questions as well as make those edits/corrections to the paper that would be great!
