Write your final report from your business simulation game of running your own virtual shoe company in a global market. It should be 4 pages in length and should provide an explanation of your company’s performance over the last 10 years and guide for the way forward. The main questions you should address are:
1. What are the main strengths and weaknesses of your company at the conclusion of the game?
2. Who is/are your main competitors? Explain.
3. If you were to start the game all over, what would your strategy be? Suggest the 5 main strategic moves you would make.
4. What would your advice be to a management team that succeeds you?
5. Identify and explain how critical decisions affected your overall performance in the game.
